We will be closing early for Christmas and New Year, from that day the 12th until early in the New Year.
This Month_ FOCUS ON DEVELOPING SELF-PRACTICE
We will be exploring how to find your flow in your own self-practice. It can be an empowering joy to find you are your own teacher, moving and discovering for yourself.

WE ARE NOT A YOGA STUDIO
Yoga in the Stars is a project by The Metahealth Movement, a not-for-profit working towards elevating health toward alignment with our optimal potential. The invitation is to evolve together.
We are not a yoga studio, we are more like a members club or community for seekers and anyone interested in cultivating a healthy relationship with themselves, expanded states of consciousness, contentment and self-discovery. We offer regular yoga asana sessions and self-practice space for members and non-members. And, as a club, we operate for our members.

We are holding 1-1 Discovery + Vision Meetings for us to discover each other more deeply. Discover meetings are usually 30 minutes to encourage fast intuitive thinking and acting. But we always make sure you get whatever time you need to get what you came for. Sign up and bring a journal if you wish.
